the hike
We all took a nice 4 mile hike this morning. I wasn't sure how well Hugo would do, but he did fantastic. There were two times when i had to pick him up because the rock was to high but other then that, he walked the entire way. when Doc and Jonnie were in front of him, he would try and pull so he could be up with them. Then we got to the water and he did great. He has been afraid of a lot of thing lately, so i wasn't sure how he would take to being in the water, but he dove right it. It was very cold and at some spots very slippery. Doc and Jonnie are pros at getting around, so it was cute to see Hugo try and keep up. Hope you enjoy some of the pictures. That's beautiful! Looks like you had a good time. It makes me want to come visit - maybe me and the kids!?!? Josh is loving looking at all the pictures of the dogs!
That looks like so much fun! I wish I could have been there. . .I am sure you didn't want to come home except for the fact that your husband was here!
Hugo was a champ...walked straight into the water even though he dropped like a rock. it's funny, b/c although he's struggling to stay awake on the car ride home, he was the only dog that wanted to play after we got home; my boys just passed out.
