Oh the life we live! Josh and I have now been married for almost 3 months. I guess you can say that we love the married life. A lot of it is not what I expected but then there are things that I did expect and then there are this that exceeded my expectations! Our apartment looks more and more like home every day. Sometimes it's because I put up a new picture or get mail with my married name on it. Or sometimes it's because the place is a mess and it wouldn't be home unless there was some kind of mess.
Josh has been working at Bible Baptist Church for over a year now. The room is freshly painted, we are getting new flooring, and planning lots of fun stuff. We are both praying and watching for God's leading because we know that God is in control with EVERYTHING!
I am working harder and harder everyday to make my mark in my store by showing them that I can do it and I can do it well. I am getting used to the hours and knowing that even though it's 6 pm doesn't mean that I get to leave because there are still things to do.
I think that's all for now!!!! Hope all is well with you!

Josh and I are now officially "The Maxwell's". The wedding was on January 6th and the weather was crazy. Who would have thought that it would have been 70 degrees in January!!!! I think my bridesmaids were a little cold, but I was good. By the time the ceremony was over, I was so hot, I had to take off my Ugg boots. Thee ceremony was so awesome! Maybe because I was up there, but it went by so quick. As soon as it started... it was over. The receptions was awesome as well. People were so nice and I got to talk to so many people. I think the food was good. I didn't get a chance to eat anything. As you can tell from the picture above, i did not get any cake in my mouth. But I must say that I got him pretty good. Then we went on a honeymoon to St. Martin. The weather was amazing beside a few moments of rain every now and then. I got a nice little tan line and got a little sick but that is beside the point. The best part was falling asleep and waking up next to each other. It was even nicer was that it was in a king size bed. Now we are back home and it's a queen size bed, which has been a very interesting. Anyway... so I just wanted to write and tell you all that we are officially the Maxwell's and it is so awesome! Now you are all welcome to come over check out our place. Oh and if you want to view our wedding pictues (all 577 of them) you just got to

This is my very first blog and I am very excited! I know what you are going to said "But your not a Maxwell yet so how can it be a Maxwell house?" Well, I named it that because in less then two months I will be a Maxwell and I didn't feel like thinking up a new name. So live with it for a few weeks and then we can put the name issue behind us.
Since most of the people who will be reading this will be family members, I don't feel the need to go into great detail. For now all you need to know is that things are going well. The invitations for the wedding were mailed and I am very excited to get the RSVP cards. Right now I am trying to get things ready for the wedding. I am about to go into the kitchen with my mom and start filling glass balls with stuff so they look a little nicer on the tree. We will also be working on the center pieces for the tables and getting the rest of the branches painted for the church. So much to do with so little time. But to me it's all worth it.
Thats the wedding news for now! With the holidays I have lots more to think about. J and Cheryl are coming up and I'm sooooo excited!!!!! We can hang out and play some poker! And eat thanksgiving (hopefully there will be no crying around the table this year), which is taking place at Ange and Andrews this year! Super excited about that. And then Christmas... but we'll talk about that later. Till then...
